Terms &
Conditions

Your booking, your plans, and what to expect.

Version: 4 October 2026

A. Terms & conditions for booking the Ibiza Pole Camp

1. Welcome to Ibiza Pole Camp

These terms apply to Ibiza Pole Camp events in Ibiza. You’ll find the hotels and training venues on each event page.

Your organiser is Céline Shabba Le Gall, Cologne Pole Fitness, Kleine Witschgasse 8, 50676 Cologne, Germany. We use “IPC”, “we” and “us” for the organiser below.

2. Who can join?

Our Pole Camp welcomes physically healthy pole dance students of all genders aged 18–70 who are able to take part in sports. Complete beginners are welcome; no previous pole dance experience is required.

3. Booking your place

You can book online using our registration form. Bookings are binding, and using the booking system and registration form means you agree to these terms.

After a successful booking, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.

We’ll email you the detailed camp schedule, equipment information and room arrangements 8–10 weeks before the camp starts. If you’ve booked a shared room, this includes your roommate’s contact details.

Early-bird prices apply only when both your booking and full payment are completed within the advertised early-bird period.

You can also book by email. An additional €20 manual handling fee applies.

4. Paying for your camp

We use PayPal for all online payments. You can also book without a PayPal account, using a bank transfer or credit card.

PayPal fees are included in your booking price.

If an outstanding amount isn’t paid on time, you lose any applicable discount, including an early-bird discount, and your place at the camp.

5. What’s included?

Each event page shows the package prices and what they include. Once you’ve chosen your option, you’ll see the final price at checkout.

Your booking includes everything listed in your chosen package. You can arrange your travel to and from Ibiza and your meals to suit your own plans.

6. If your plans change

Please send cancellations by email to booking@ibizapolecamp.com or by letter to the organiser’s address in section 1. We don’t process cancellations through social media or messenger apps.

In case of cancellation from the participant:

  • Within 14 days of booking: cancellation is free and we refund everything you’ve paid. If you booked less than two weeks before the camp begins, this free-cancellation period is one week instead.
  • After the free-cancellation period, up to four months before the camp starts: we deduct a €100 cancellation fee and refund the rest of your payment.
  • Between four and two months before the camp starts: we deduct a €200 cancellation fee and refund the rest. This covers the accommodation cancellation charge we still have to pay to the hotel.
  • Less than two months before the camp starts: your full payment becomes the cancellation fee, with no refund. At this stage, we still have to pay for your accommodation and pre-booked events and classes, and can’t fill places at such short notice. You may resell your place or send a friend instead.
  • If you cancel because of an accident or illness, the same refund schedule applies.
  • If IPC cancels the event, we refund everything we’ve received from you.

7. Your health, safety and belongings

IPC excludes liability for participants’ accidents, illness, personal injury and property damage. Any insurance is your responsibility.

For everyone’s safety, a trainer may refuse you entry to a class if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. There is no refund for that class. The organiser may also refuse participation in an event or outing for the same reason.

8. Valuables

IPC is not liable for stolen or lost valuables or cash.

9. Photos, videos and recordings

We take photos, videos and sound recordings during the camp. These may be shared in online galleries for participants and used to promote Ibiza Pole Camp where no personality rights are affected.

If you don’t agree to this, please tell IPC in writing before the camp starts.

Please respect other participants too: ask before sharing photos or videos that include them, even in the background.

10. Applicable law

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

B. Terms & conditions for using the website

1. Using the site

Our website helps you explore the camps, choose a package and book your place. Please give us accurate, up-to-date booking and contact details so we can arrange your stay and keep in touch.

Use the website respectfully. Don’t try to access someone else’s account, bypass security, upload harmful software, disrupt the site or collect other people’s details for marketing.

2. Our photos and content

The text, photos, videos and branding on this website belong to IPC or their respective owners. You’re welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask us before copying or reusing our content, unless the law allows that use.

3. Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Impressum lists the website operator’s details.

When you use PayPal or follow a link to another website, that provider’s own terms and privacy information apply to its service.

4. Keeping things clear

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. If something looks wrong or you have a question about a package, please contact us before booking.

We may update these website terms. Updates do not change the terms of a booking you’ve already made. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.
